NAPA Know How to Ask Training Series
For the launch of Know How to Ask, I developed and led a monthly internal retail training video series for NAPA that combined strategic sales messaging with fun, accessible storytelling. The series was distributed through internal communication channels and focused on boosting frontline performance using product-focused communication tips, aligned with current promotions.
As the sole producer, I owned the end-to-end creative process—from concept through final cut—delivering high-impact content that educated, entertained, and drove results across store teams.
Scope of Work:
Concept Development & Scriptwriting: Created messaging around monthly promos and retail behaviors, crafting storylines that resonated with counter staff while supporting sales goals.
Video Production & Editing: Shot and edited each video using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator, maintaining a consistent look while experimenting with humor, characters, and tone.
Creative Format Innovation: Introduced engaging styles like popsicle stick characters, parody formats, and comedic personas to maintain viewer interest and internal brand voice.
The goal was to empower store teams with simple, actionable sales techniques while reinforcing product knowledge and building confidence. Know How to Ask became a trusted piece of internal content that helped make sales training more effective—and more fun.
